I don't believe in one-size-fits-all coaching. Your challenges are specific, your values are unique, and your path forward should reflect that. Here’s how we can work together:

1:1 Coaching

For entry- and mid-level managers preparing for VP roles and executives leading transformation

This is deep, strategic work. We meet regularly (typically every 2 weeks) to build your executive presence from the inside out—starting with your Personalized Value Portrait (PVP), then creating your custom toolkit, and finally practicing until it's second nature.

What We’ll Do Together

  • Phase 1: Foundation (Sessions 1-2) Discover your core values, communication patterns, and what drives your authentic leadership through your Personalized Value Portrait. We'll identify your red flags (what triggers defensive reactions) and your resets (how to get back to balanced communication). You'll walk away understanding WHY you communicate the way you do.

  • Phase 2: Strategy (Sessions 3-5) Build your Executive Presence Toolkit rooted in YOUR values. We'll define your authentic leadership archetype, create stakeholder management strategies, develop your crisis communication playbook, and craft your leadership voice and messaging. No generic formulas—just frameworks that feel like you.

  • Phase 3: Execution (Sessions 6-10) Apply your toolkit to real situations happening right now. Preparing for a board presentation? We'll work on it. Stakeholder pushing back? We'll diagnose and adjust. High-stakes conversation coming up? We'll practice and refine. You'll get feedback, iterate, and build the sustainable habits that make executive presence automatic.

  • Yes. Most of my coaching is virtual, which means I work with clients across the U.S. and globally. For workshops and speaking, I travel as needed.

  • Most clients experience breakthroughs within the first 3-4 sessions. You'll have your PVP and initial toolkit by session 5, and by session 8, you're applying frameworks to real situations with confidence. Sustainable behavior change takes 3-4 months, which is why the program is designed that way.

  • Great! Many of my clients have their organizations cover the investment as leadership development. I can provide documentation for L&D departments, and we can discuss invoicing directly to your company.

  • Not currently. I focus on 1:1 coaching for maximum impact and customization, and leadership team workshops for group development. Group coaching doesn't allow for the depth of work I believe creates real transformation.
